Itinerary : Calama – Arica. First day: In the
afternoon, we will meet in the airport of Calama, to be transported
to San Pedro de Atacama Oasis, archeological capital of Chile, welcome
dinner. Third day: We are going to carry
out a 100% off road route. Where we will visit the Pacana monks,
rocky formations which break all the physical laws of gravity, to
enter into the unknown Tara salt flat in the triple frontier of
Argentina, Bolivia, and Chile, where you can observe colonies of
more than 2.000 Flamingoes, here we are going to practice trekking
to admire great number of birds in the rivers, night in San Pedro
de Atacama. Fourth day: For the morning we
will visit the beautiful lagoons of the Altiplano called Miscante
and Miñiques, where you can appreciate the Andean flora and
animal life, to continue to Hot waters Salt flat, when coming back
we are going to visit the town of Toconao, remarkable for its beautiful
bell tower from the XVII century, Then, we will visit Jerez Valley,
following the way to the archeological area which was an important
Inca Tambo, with marvellous sights towards Atacama Salt flat, nearby
we set up our first camping experience. Fifth day: Exclusive day for trekking,
In the morning we will carry out a humid trekking for the canon
of the river Purifica to get to the village of Guatin where we will
set up our base camping, and we will continue with our trekking
for the canon of the river Puritama, finishing in the hot baths
of the same name, where you will enjoy their transparent and mild
waters, during the afternoon we come back to our camping site in
Guatin. Sixth day: For the morning we will
visit the sites of rock art the most important of the nearby areas
in San Pedro de Atacama, some with more than 2.000 years old, which
were places of nomad tribes who walked and transited with herds
of Llamas. We will visit archeological sites such as Yervas Buenas,
going next to the wonderful Andean town of Rio Grande which beautiful
church is outstanding. For the afternoon, we will go to piedra de
la Coca, sightseeing stand admiring Catarpe valley and finally the
rock art site of Salado River, night in San Pedro de Atacama. Seventh day: At dawn we go out
towards the geothermic field of Tatio, where you can admire its
Geysers and beautiful sights of the place, to continue visiting
two unknown geothermic fields, of Barro and Blanco, this last one
has an abundant flora and Andean animal life, where we will live
an amazing trekking, after we go on direction to the wonderful Andean
towns of Caspana, Ayquina and Chiu Chiu, next we go to Quillagua
oasis where we spend the night in our camping site. Eight day: During the morning we
will visit the ancient saltpeter offices of Humberstone and Santa
Laura, both of great historical interest since the exploitation
of saltpeter that was the engine of the Chilean economy for more
than a century, after we visit the coat city of Iquique, with its
beautiful beaches and a rich architecture of the XIX century, night
in the city. Ninth day : We continue trip to
the Isluga National Park, to visit Puchuldiza hot waters, where
we will admire the geothermic field and its geysers of the same
name. During the afternoon, passing through Colchane, we visit the
wonderful town of Isluga, which is one of the most beautiful sites
of religious compounds of altiplano, after we visit Enquelga hot
spring where we set up camping. Tenth day: We continue trip to
Surire Salt flat, which is within the national reserve Las Vicuñas,
where you can appreciate marvellous flora and animal life of the
salt flat, in this place we will do a trekking and we can photograph
its wonderful ecosystem, during the afternoon we can enjoy the thermal
baths in Polloquere, camping in the site. Eleventh day: Our trip continues
to the altiplano, in this occasion we visit the town of Guallatire,
next the Chiriguaya thermal baths, to get to Lauca National Park
where you can appreciate Chungara lake with majestic sights to the
Parinacota and Pomerape volcanoes, Next we follow to the Andean
town of Parinacota, visiting its outstanding beautiful colonial
church of the XVII century, to finish our day in Putre town, with
a beautiful colonial architecture, which got its importance at the
beginning of the XVII century due to the mines of silver of Potosi,
and after gold of Choqueliempe, we spend the night in the place. Twelfth day: We continue to Arica
city, where we have a city tour, visiting the archeological museum
of Azapa, afternoon available to rest, during the night we enjoy
a farewell dinner, night in Arica. Thirteenth day: For the morning,
check out and transfer to the airport. End of the expedition. First day: For
the morning, we meet in Arica airport, after a welcome lunch, we
have a city tour, the rest of the afternoon will be available to
rest, night in Arica. Second day:
During the morning we visit the archeological museum of Azapa
in Arica. Then, we start our expedition towards the altiplano way
to Putre town, with a beautiful colonial architecture, which got
its importance at the beginning of the XVII century due to the mines
of silver of Potosi and after gold of Choqueliempe, in this beautiful
Andean town we spend the night where we get accustomed to the altitude
that is waiting for us ahead in the altiplano, with heights superior
to 4.000 msn, night in the place. Third day: For the morning we visit
the town of Parinacota which outstanding place is the wonderful
colonial church built in the XVII century, then we arrive to the
marvelous Lauca National Park, where you can admire Chungara lake
with majestic sights of the volcanoes of Parinacota and Pomerape,
our trip continue along the altiplano, where we will visit Guallatire
town, Chiriguaya hot spring and finally we get to Surire Salt flat,
which is within Las Vicuñas national reserve, where you can
admire the marvelous flora and animal life of the Salt flat. In
this place we do a trekking of recognition and we can photograph
its wonderful ecosystem, during the afternoon you can enjoy the
thermal waters in Polloquere, camping site in the place. Fourth day : For the morning we
continue trip towards Enquelga thermal baths, later we visit the
beautiful town of Isluga, where you can find one of the most amazing
religious group of the altiplano, finishing the day in Puchuldiza
hot spring, where we set up camping to be able to appreciate the
geysers of the same name at sunrise. Fifth day: During the morning we

we visit Cejar lagoon where you can enjoy a similar bath from the
dead sea for its high concentration of salt, after we visit the
Chulacao caves in cordillera of Salt, finally we appreciate a beautiful
sunset in the moon valley, night in San Pedro de Atacama. Eight day: We are going to carry
